We currently accept Personal Checks, cash, and Money Orders for payment of services.
Check In Hours
Pets need to be checked in one hour before we close. Please allow 45 minutes for check-in.
Check Out Hours
Check-out time is 12 noon, Monday through Saturday, to avoid an extra days charge. There is always a charge for Sundays.
Early Pick Up
We require a 24 hour change notice for early pick up or you will be charged for days reserved.
Boarding Rates
Monthly boarding (30 consecutive Days) $650.00
-Boarding for more than 30 consecutive days will be negotiated with customer.
-Monthly boarders will be given complimentary baths
-Monthly and will enjoy extra attention & play time.
Medications
(PLEASE BRING INSTRUCTIONS FROM VETERINARIAN)
There is no additional fee charged an for administering the medications your pets require. We ask that you provide us with clear directions as to how much and how often medications need to be given.
Bringing your own Food
You must portion each meal in a zip lock bag and clearly label the meals with your last name and your dogs name.
Bedding
RSPR will provide a soft bed for your dog during its stay. If your dog chews bedding, please advice us before boarding. If your dog chews soft bedding provided by RSPR, you will be charged for the cost of the bed.
Bringing Toys from Home
Please clearly label such items with your last name and the pets name and limit it to 3 items total. We cannot guarantee the return of these items.
Group Playtime
This service is available with your consent when your dog stays at RS Pet Ranch if your dog passes our socialization test. She / he will play with other dogs of similar temperament, size and play style. If your dog does not pass our socialization test, she / he will be outside twice each day in the play area by itself with a staff member.
Private Time for Your Dog
- 20 MINUTES for No Charge
- Private walk - No Charge (walk around the property)
- Ball toss / Frisbee - No Charge
Vaccinations Required*
Dogs:
- DHLPP, Parvo, Bordatella (required every 6 months), and Rabies.
Bordetella vaccine must be two weeks prior to it?s stay at the
kennel.
Cats:
FVRCP, Leukemia, and Rabies
*PROOF OF VACCINATION RECORD FROM VETERINARIAN REQUIRED.
Emergencies
If there is an emergency, we contact your veterinarian first. If he or she is unavailable, we contact another veterinarian. Then we call you at your emergency number. Please include information about any pertinent medical history or problems with your pet.
